In this walk and talk, we will explore wild edible plants, permaculture (a design science for developing sustainable ways of living), and herbalism through the lens of yoga philosophy. This is easily my favorite class to lead! I will be sharing some very simple and profound techniques that make it easy and fun for anyone to learn all the mysteries of the plant kingdom. We will cover:

-the foundational principles of yoga philosophy

-the why and how of permaculture

-regenerative foraging practices

-the basics of herbal healing

-intro level botany

and more!

Bring a friend or three, water, snacks to share, and note taking materials if they help you to learn. Audio and video recording is allowed and encouraged (check in with the group to make sure everyone consents to being recorded and or photographed) especially if the content will be shared online.
