Zen Tea Ceremony

Join us for an Earth Guided Zen Experience nestled amongst the Trees at Sustainable Kashi.
For this Zen Tea Ceremony we will be harvesting wild and Kashi grown herbs to use in our Zen Tea. We will learn to intuitively connect to ourSelves and the Spirits of the Plants through Sensation Awareness and Meditation.
Connect Intimately with Mother Earth as we Journey into the Realm where Plants are no longer separate from us, but are our Teachers, Guides, & Helpmeets.

Your Breath is in the Trees.
In the Leaves.
